Call for Authors

Each registered participant has the opportunity to submit abstract of the lecture, that he would like to present. Lecture abstracts can be submitted by both individual participants as well as company representatives. Due to the limited number of time slots, and the desire to provide the highest quality of presentations, only best lectures will be selected from submitted abstracts.

Companies wishing to guarantee themselves right to present the lecture, can use one of the sponsorship packages containing reserved time slots.

Important dates for lecture speakers:

15.07.2013 Deadline for submission of lecture abstracts.
5.08.2013 List of accepted lectures.
19.08.2013 Deadline for submission of final lectures.


We also encourage persons who wish to give a lecture, to prepare article describing mentioned subject in more details. Articles submitted by participants will be printed in the publication, which premiere will have place during the conference. Articles, just like lectures, pass the review process to ensure highest quality of the publication.

Accepted articles for scientific publication will be printed in conference proceedings. The best of these can also be printed in the Scientific Bulletin of the Faculty of ETI if the authors indicate to them reviewers outside the university (in the case of work in Polish) or from abroad (in the case of work in English). Such work will be worth 2 points.

15.07.2013 List of accepted articles.
Reviews are passed to the authors for final corrections.
29.07.2013 Deadline for submission of corrected articles.

27.05.2013 Deadline for payment of Early Birds registration fees.
2.09.2013 Deadline for payment of regular registration fees.
